Venus and the Razorblades are back! Venus and the Razorblades have reformed, and they've now recorded and completed the follow-up to their 1977 Punk Rock Classic Album, "Songs From The Sunshine Jungle."
"More Songs From The Sunshine Jungle" has the dark hard sounds and twisted lyrics of the first album. Check out Google and other Search Engines for the Venus and the Razorblades story.
Venus is once again the lead singer and lead guitarist. Brutal Boy is the new drummer. Bonnie Lee, Michelle Day and Nicki Razorblade are there too.

THE VENUS AND THE RAZORBLADES MANIFESTO
Greetings from the land of Tinseltown Tragedy - Doomsday Despair and Rock & Roll Redemption.
Upon my recent visit to the UK, I discovered that British Rocker Warriors showed up in droves to worship my Orange County mates, RANCID. This occurrence signaled to me that it was time for the re-emergence of the band in 1977, that gave birth to the noize explosion of our West Coast Punk Rock.... That entered the UK Charts with "Punk-A-Rama" and "I Wanna Be Where The Boys Are".
When I formed Venus And The Razorblades, the concept was to allow for the union of the male and female perspective in one tormented Rock & Roll Monster Band.
Hence, the girls are younger, and I am better.
In a world where soul is sampled, sex is mass produced and individuality is stifled, I invite you to partake of this, our return to claim our rightful place in the Punk Pantheon. So, for you... who have waited so long and you, the uninitiated; your prayers for the salvation of UNDERDOG - UNDERWORLD - UNDERGROUND ROCK ARE ANSWERED !...
WE'RE BACK!!! The girls (Bonnie Lee, Nicki Razorblade and Michelle Day) and I, (Along with our road drummer: Brutal Boy) ... Will see you soon in your hometown. PREPARE YOUR ASS FOR KICKING !!! AND YOUR HEAD TO BANG !
